Charis Developments assembled the land and constructed two buildings on the property. The 3 storey 31,500 sq ft medical building is anchored by Rexall Pharmacy on the main floor with offices above. The single-story Bank of Montreal & Monaco Condo Sales Centre is located in the adjacent 6000 sq ft building. Construction completed in 2015.
