This 1.1 Acre property is located at the signalized intersection of Huron St (Highway #26) and Heritage Drive in Downtown Collingwood.

The property has 230 feet of frontage on Huron St / Highway #26 and has Official Plan approval for a six storey mixed-use building. This approval allows for a maximum of 130 Residential Condominiums on the 5 floors above the ground floor commercial space. There will be approximately 100,000 sq ft of saleable residential area together with one level of underground parking as shown in the sample Site Plan. Charis Developments’ intention is to partner with a residential developer with a proven track record for this project.
